What Happens Next
We have already submitted a number of planning applications to Buckinghamshire Council, for the reconfigured access road, second data centre and station car park, and Network Rail has submitted an application for the new station entrance / exit. We intend to submit a planning application for the new homes, mixed-use space etc later this year.
Applications have already been submitted for the following parts of our proposals:
- Further reconfiguration of the access road, including a new roundabout on Thorney Lane & internal roundabout – full planning application, submitted September 2024, reference number PL/24/2751/FA
- Additional data centre – outline planning application with all matters reserved except access, submitted December 2024, reference number PL/24/3532/OA
- 310-space car park for Iver Station – full planning application, submitted December 2024, reference number PL/24/3919/FA
- Northern entrance / exit for Iver Station – prior approval application, submitted April 2025, reference number TBC

Applications will be submitted later this year for the remaining parts of the proposals:
- New homes, primary school, mixed-use space, 120-bed hotel & open space (outline planning application)

Looking ahead, the first parts of the proposals to be delivered subject to planning consent will be:
- The new arrangement for the access road, which we hope to commence by Spring 2025
- The new car park for Iver Station, which we hope to commence by Summer 2026
